Let's get to know each other
I am a mum, a wife and a soulful Business Coach. Thanks so much for popping by to find out move about my business mastermind, and to get to know me better.
I have a feeling you’re here because you’re feeling stuck, a little frustrated with yourself, your life and even those around you. Sometimes you feel like a passenger in your own life – as though someone else is driving the car and you don’t like where it is going. At times you feel like you have lost your confidence, doubting your self-worth and yourself. Shutting yourself off from love, fun and new experiences. And lately, you are sick and tired of playing by the rules, playing it safe, being the good girl, pleasing others at the cost of yourself.
Sound familiar?
I should know because I’ve walked the same path. Although I’ve been coaching people for over 15 years, I didn’t really realise that this was my soul's purpose until about 2 years ago, when I launched my coaching business. But before that, I was experiencing many (if not all) of the same feelings that you are.
The path to success isn't always easy
Like many other professional women, being a wife, mum and woman in business means it hasn’t always been an easy path to success! I’ve had a stellar career managing teams across large scale strategic projects with Suncorp, transitioning from a variety of leadership, training and engagement roles. I’ve got the collaboration and critical thinking skills that saw me lift leadership capabilities across my teams as they went through big transformations.
I did it all – and I loved it! Working with people lights my fire.
But then there’s the other side of the coin. I’ve struggled with mental illness and a range of health issues like autoimmune diseases and endometriosis. Oh, and not to forget that dreadful imposters syndrome (you know that one, right?) and feeling guilty for not being everything to everyone.
Eventually, I burnt out. I was on empty.
My high-flying career no longer fuelled my passion and after 23 years, I knew I had more to offer. I knew that I could have a bigger impact by helping others. So, I took the plunge and threw it all in. I said goodbye to my corporate career and started to explore my passion of supporting people through coaching.

I’m also a devoted mother of three ‘big’ children and three furbabies, a bearded dragon (yes, you read that right!), a wife and a business owner. I live on the beautiful Hawkesbury River in NSW (it’s literally what dreams are made of. I am a coach, facilitator and event specialist.
